Howden School is lining up for another soccer course run by former league footballers during the summer holiday.

Lee Philpott and Steve Torpey, both of whom live locally, will be running a week's course from next Monday, July 28 to Friday, August 1 on the grass and 3G surfaces at the school.

To book a place on the course, kindly call Steve on 07917 702488.

There are two age groups. For the 5 - 7 years the cost is £5 per day or £20 for the full week and for the 8- 14, the cost is £10 per day or £45 for the full week.

The 5-7 years start at 10 and run until noon, and the 8-14s from 10 until three in the afternoon.

Both footballers have terrific experience in the game and are able to pass on that commodity to up and coming footballers. The success of their last course earlier in the year has led to them arranging another week for the long summer holiday.
