Purr-fect result

Published on 30th November 2006 in News

Following last week's appeal on behalf of Goole and District RSPCA, the Goole Times is pleased to announce that all the cats pictured in last week's paper have found new homes.

Black and white Coulack, one-year-old Serena, 18-month-old Cassie and the four kittens were among 14 animals that have been rehoused at the time of going to press.

"We've had 16 or 17 phone calls," said Jane at the RSPCA. "Every cat featured in the paper has gone and I still have four house checks to do. It's been a real success."

The RSPCA is still inundated with cats, so if you would like to welcome a furry friend into your house, please contact Jane on 01405 839696 or Barbara on 01757 630433.
