Insight into life as an MP for Goole College students
Goole students were treated to a special visit from Goole MP Ian Cawsey on Monday, June 9.
Mr Cawsey spoke to the students and offered them advice on how to become an MP, the voting procedure and working in the local community. He also discussed the Renaissance Project and the possible uses of waste land in Goole.
As well as been the MP for Brigg and Goole, Mr Cawsey is also a Government Whip with both the responsibility for the Yorkshire and Humberside Region and also for the Department of Education and Skills.
