Food-lovers in Goole are reminded that they can eat in the name of charity on Sunday.

Lazeez, the Indian restaurant on Government Street, will give 50 per cent of its profits from a special dining session to the Bangladesh Cyclone Appeal.

The cyclone has left thousands dead, tens of thousands with no shelter and millions homeless and starving.

Lazeez are offering a three-course meal for £11.95, which must be reserved. There are two sittings available: 5.30pm and 8.30pm. Lazeez can be contacted on 01405 761751.
