The roadworks on the M18 are back.

Traffic between junctions six and seven of the M18 is again subject to a 50mph limit, with an average speed check in force, while resurfacing work is carried out.

A spokesperson for the Highways Agency said the maintenance work had been suspended over Christmas so as not to disrupt traffic during the holidays.

The work resumed last Thursday evening and is expected to be completed on March 1.
