The following are among applications of planning permission received by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council:

Erection of a portal-framed barn for the storage of straw at Holme House, Holme upon Spalding Moor for P. M. Rhodes.

Refurbishment of existing building, erection of extension to form a dwelling house, erection of gates, excavation of a pond and installation of a cesspool at The Old Coach House, Spaldington for Mr A. Armitage.

Detached house and installation of a septic tank at Felbeck, High Street, Barmby on the Marsh for Mr and Mrs Walker.

Change of use of paddock to play area for day nursery at land south of 100 Moor End, Holme upon Spalding Moor for Sherree Sawyer.

Erection of 1,000mm boundary wall following demolition of existing 1,500mm boundary wall on northern and western boundaries and demolition and rebuilding of eastern boundary wall to a height of 1,200mm (amended plans) at land west of 19 Church Lane, Snaith for Mark Sayner.
