News Customer boost for Richwood
Richwood Garage near Goole has won an 'Excellence in Customer Satisfaction Award', having scored top marks with its customers.
The Peugeot dealership was named as one of the top small dealerships in the northern region for its new-car sales department, following the release of the full 2007 Peugeot's customer satisfaction index (CSI) results.
The dedicated sales team, led by sales manager Brian Taylor, was judged to have ensured that customers received a superb sales experience from the dealership when purchasing a new Peugeot throughout the whole of last year.
Brian said: "I am delighted that our customers have marked us so highly and would like to commend the entire team for this achievement, especially sales executives Martin Gray, Louise Murden and Lee Tranmer.
"Richwood Garage is dedicated to providing the best levels of service for all its customers and we are keen to maintain this high standard throughout 2008."
Peugeot district sales manager Caroline Howard added: "Peugeot's CSI is a widely recognised programme that has been running for a number of years now to monitor customers' sales experience when they purchase a new vehicle. Congratulations to Richwood Garage for this achievement."
