Goole Town Council is to invite representatives of the Primary Care Trust to their next meeting, to discuss the development of the new healthcare centre at Goole and District Hospital.

Councillors expressed concerns over changes to the plans at the meeting on Monday and Cllr Jane Marsden said: "I am concerned about the car parking on the site, I don't think there is going to be anywhere near enough."

Joe O'Sullivan, principal development control officer at the East Riding, stated that the number of car parking spaces had not changed apart from the position of the disabled car parking spaces, which have been moved closer to the main entrance but not reduced in number.
