Rawcliffe Road unit refurb plans

A major developer has applied for permission to give units on Rawcliffe Road a make-over.
Opus Land Ltd want to refurbish buildings at the junction with New Potter Grange, put in new loading bays and reclad the walls and roofs.
A spokesperson said they plan to create seven units.
"The site has close links to the motorway and Goole is a good town," he said.
At Monday's Goole Town Council meeting, councillors welcomed the idea.
A decision will be made by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council in the near future.
