A 13-year-old boy from Carlton is to face trial at Goole Magistrates' Court next month following allegations that he raped a girl under the age of 13.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear before the court on Wednesday, December 5 for trial.
He has been allowed unconditional bail until this date.
A man has been told he could be imprisoned after he admitted five counts of theft.
