Trial for teen over rape allegation

A 13-year-old boy from Carlton is to face trial at Goole Magistrates' Court next month following allegations that he raped a girl under the age of 13.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear before the court on Wednesday, December 5 for trial.

He has been allowed unconditional bail until this date.
