Race attack alleged

Four people have been arrested after bricks were thrown at a shop in Snaith during an allegedly racist attack.

Around 15 men are said to have been standing outside a shop on High Street at 10.14pm on Saturday October 20.

It is claimed bricks were thrown at the shop, damaging two windows, glass in the front door and a window sill. A 37-year-old Goole man was arrested on suspicion of racially-aggravated assault, a 19-year-old Goole man was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence and two 16-year-old York boys were arrested on suspicion of racially-aggravated criminal damage.All have been released on police bail pending further inquiries until December.
