A Goole woman received a hefty fine and penalty points on her provisional driving licence this week after admitting driving without a full licence.

Sandra Twite (51), of Morley Street, was not present at Goole Magistrates' Court on Tuesday morning but entered a written guilty plea to driving without a full driving licence.

For the offence, magistrates endorsed Mrs Twite's provisional driving licence with three penalty points, and ordered that she pay a £150 fine, £40 towards court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
