Child porn case heads to crown

Published on 25th October 2007 in News

A former Goole man facing ten child porn charges has had his case adjourned until December to allow for crown court papers to be prepared.

Paul Booth (38), previously of Estcourt Street, appeared in Goole Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

He entered no plea to nine charges of making indecent photos of children and one of possessing indecent photos of children.

Magistrates ordered that the case be heard at crown court, and adjourned the case until December 7, at Goole Magistrates' Court, to allow for the relevant papers to be prepared.

Mr Booth was granted unconditional bail until that date.
