Teenager in court on rape charge

A 13-year-old boy from Carlton is due to appear before Goole Magistrates' Court next month to face allegations that he raped a girl under the age of 13.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has pleaded not guilty to the offence.

He will appear before Goole Magistrates' Court on November 7.
