Local families in the Goole area are being given the opportunity to play host to an international high-school exchange student for an academic year, beginning at the end of summer.

The exchanges are organised by AFS, an organisation with over 60 years of experience in intercultural learning and the only one of its kind to have been awarded a United Nations Citation for its work with world youth. This is a unique opportunity for people to support and enrich their local community and learn something about a different culture, as well as passing on some of their own.

Families, couples or individuals interested in this opportunity should contact AFS on 0113 2426136 or email uk.hosting@afs.org
