Pensioner set for assault trial
A pensioner has denied a charge of assault occasionally bodily harm.
Ivor Williams (75), of Willitoft, near Howden, appeared in Goole Magistrates' Court and pleaded not guilty to the charge, which related to an alleged incident on April 4.
His case was adjourned for committal to crown court on September 25 and Mr Williams was granted unconditional bail until that date.
