News Allotment event
Parkside allotments in Goole will be holding an open day on Saturday, August 18 from 11am until 3pm.
The day will include a visit from the major at 11am and various stalls including bric-a-brac, a cake stall, hotdogs, refreshments, a coconut shy and much more. There will also be a magician and a horse and trap.
People will be able to have a look around some of the allotments with a view to seeing the benefits of "growing your own".
