Double arrest for police campaign
Two 21-year-old Goole men were arrested on suspicion of burglary last week.
One man was released on police bail until the end of August pending further inquiries and the second was released without charge.
The arrests were made after Humberside Police joined forces with neighbouring forces in an eight-week summer campaign aimed at ensuring criminals have nowhere to hide.
Extra funding has been provided by the Home Office and activities on the themes of violent crime, vehicle crime, prolific offenders and denying criminals the roads and their assets have been planned.
The campaign will run until September 30, with a series of special operations and activities.
