A Goole man appeared in court earlier this week to face a charge of mobile phone theft.

Terry Maguire (21), of Mendip Avenue pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared before Goole Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

Magistrates adjourned the case until September 18, when Mr Maguire will appear before the court once again. Until that time, he will enjoy conditional bail.
