The drinks are on me, said local MP Ian Cawsey when he officially opened the new kitchen at the Moorlands Centre in Old Goole last Friday.

The kitchen and new serving area is thanks to a £24,000 grant from the East Riding of Yorkshire Council's Community Schemes Fund.

Staff had previously been struggling to provide the 30 to 40 meals made their each day due to restricted space but will now be able to do so with ease.
