News Competition joy for local dancers
A small group of dancers aged 10 years and under from Butterfly Dance Studios in Carlisle Street, Goole, took part in an International Dance Teachers' Association disco, freestyle and rock 'n' roll competition which was held at the Civic Centre in Castleford last month, and competing against dancers from all around the north east of England, the Butterfly Dancers (most of whom were taking part in their first competition) did really well to be recalled through the various heats against stiff opposition.
