Richwood Garage in Goole is to showcase the work of a local student photographer in their car showroom.

The temporary exhibition displays three pieces of work by Bradley Innes from Howden, who has just finished a BTEC National Diploma at Hull College's School of Art and Design, where he passed with distinction.

The title of the exhibition is Skin Deep and consists of a collection of extreme close-up portraits of Bradley's fellow students at Hull College.

The images show the detail of the human face, especially around the eyes. Intended as an "impact piece", the large scale of the images are designed to give the viewer a new experience and show them something they wouldn't normally see. The images were purposefully shot on out of date medium format film giving each shot a slightly different feel and colour variation.

Students have to pay for their own developing, printing and framing and Richwood Garage agreed to sponsor Bradley to help cover these costs. Mr Tim Richardson Managing Director of Richwood Garage said: "We are pleased to be able to help a talented, local student and wish him all the very best in his future endeavours."

Now that Bradley has finished his course he hopes to go travelling in India, New Zealand and Thailand where he can further develop his love of photography.
