Phone stolen
A clubber had her mobile phone stolen while out in Goole at the weekend.
The victim, a 28-year-old Goole woman, was in Hartley's Nightclub on Mariner's Street in the early hours of Sunday (July 15) morning when the theft occurred. The woman had left her handbag unattended and a black Samsung phone was taken from it between 1am and 1.30am.
Police officers would like to advise people not to leave their belongings unattended when out and about. Their advice is to keep valuables with you at all times when in pubs and clubs and not to leave them even for a moment.
Anyone who witnessed the theft or who may know who is responsible is asked to contact police on 0845 60 60 222 or Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting crime reference number 1498894.
