A date has been set for the Newton hearing of a Goole teenager facing a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Stephen Davison (19), of Edinburgh Street, has previously pleaded guilty to the charge but the hearing will take place to establish the details of the case.

Mr Davison appeared in Goole Magistrates' Court on Tuesday and was told that the hearing will take place in the same court on September 11.
