Shotgun charge
The case of a Goole facing drugs and gun charges was adjourned by magistrates in Goole this week.
Eugene Francis (38), who is currently being held in custody at HMP Hull but who formerly lived in Goole, was not present at Goole Magistrates' Court on Tuesday. He faces a charge of possessing a shortened shotgun, a charge of possessing a prohibited firearm and another charge of being in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine.
His case was adjourned until July 27, when he will appear at Goole Magistrates' Court via video link.
