The Goole Times has made a donation of £100 in memory of the late William Aaron.

Mr Aaron passed away on July 6, leaving a wife, son, daughter, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The money will go to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, of which Mr Aaron was a keen supporter.
