Unique offices

Published on 28th June 2007 in News

The Cross Keys Hotel in Crowle Market Place is being offered as office space to create a new business centre.

The former hotel has been home to a heating company in recent years, but 18 months ago solicitor Alan Robinson took a lease on the building and is now marketing those parts of the building not in use as office space for others.

The office units range in size from 57 square feet right up to the 252 square foot boardroom. Ann Hindley, business development manager for the centre, said: "The offices could be ideal for small businesses which are possibly working from home at present and need some flexible space, with an option to buy in some services. We are also prepared to consider the idea of hot-desking and short-term lets."

Further details on the centre are available on 01724 710819.
