Crews called out to false alarms

Published on 21st June 2007 in News

Goole firefighters were called out twice on Tuesday - both times to false alarms.

At 9.46am, a fault on the system triggered the fire alarm at Croda Chemicals in Rawcliffe Bridge and 8.44pm they went to Coniston Way in Goole.

The second call proved to be controlled burning.

In both cases, they were required to carry out only an inspection.
