Trespass and gun charges

Published on 7th June 2007 in News

A Spaldington man appeared in court earlier this week to face two trespass charges.

Martin Haslam (26), of Holme Road, pleaded not guilty to trespass whilst in possession of a shotgun and not guilty to a trespassing on railway lines on the same occasion when he appeared before Goole Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

Magistrates requested a pre-trial review and adjourned Mr Haslam's case until June 12, when he will appear before the court once again.
