Jailed for GBH

A Rawcliffe man who left another man needing major facial surgery has been jailed for 12 months.

As previously reported by the Goole Times, Robert Andrew was convicted of causing grievous bodily harm after attacking his victim outside the Creykes Arms pub in Rawcliffe last September.

Mr Andrew, of Westfield Close in Rawcliffe, was sentenced last month at Doncaster Crown Court.
