Reeds Rains estate agents in Goole has announced that it now has a full-time mortgage adviser based in-store each Saturday.

Senior mortgage adviser Lyn Palmer, who has worked with Reeds Rains for eight years and has more than 20 years' experience in financial services, will be available at the Pasture Road office each Saturday.

Lyn said: "There aren't many banks and building societies that you can go to for mortgage advice on a Saturday.

"We represent the whole market sector and can shop around to find the right one. We don't charge and people don't have to buy or sell through Reeds Rains to be able to come in for a mortgage."

As well as mortgage advice, a re-mortgaging service is also offered, and the services are provided free of charge. Appointments are not always necessary. (17-05-36 GT)
