Dancers do well in regional competition

Dancers from Butterfly Dance Studios in Carlisle Street, Goole stole the show recently when they took part in a dancing competition in Morley near Leeds.

Competing against dancers from all around the region, Butterfly dancers achieved excellent results with Kameron Taylor coming second in the nine-years-old and under solos category and Bethany Wraith, Kasey Claybourn and Kelly Ruhmann coming first, second and third in the 12-years-old and under solos category.

Jodie Coleman bagged third place in the 15-years-old and under solos category, Nadine Webster came third in the 19-years-old and up solos category and Kasey Claybourn won the special award for the Most Up and Coming Dancer.

The team Butterfly Magic came third in the 11-years-old and under team category, Popular Kittens came first in the 14-years-old and under team category and White Satin came third in the 15-years-old and under team category.
