Musical youth

Published on 5th April 2007 in News

An innovative scheme that aims to introduce basic music skills to youngsters in a relaxed and stimulating environment is proving popular at Howden's Shire Hall.

MusicTime continues to grow in success, with its two groups Howden groups proving popular.

Sessions take place at the Shire Hall on Monday mornings at 9.30am, with a second session at 10.30pm. The scheme employs professional musicians who aim to introduce basic music skills to infants and young children using familiar nursery rhymes. Each session costs £2.50 per family.
