Trace your family roots

If you would like to trace your family tree, why not join a friendly beginner's course which starts this month at Howden Library, run by experienced researcher Susan Butler?

The course will help you find your ancestors and create a family tree or booklet which you can share with your relatives.

Howden Library has four computers connected to the internet and with free access to the invaluable Ancestry website.

The course runs for seven weeks, beginning on Monday afternoon, April 16, at 2.30pm. Each session lasts for two hours.

The course is organised by the WEA and fees are £29. 40 (full), £23.80 for concessions, or £3 (registration only needed for anyone on benefits).
