Shop the 'late-night' vandals

Published on 5th April 2007 in News

Police are appealing for help to stop recent anti-social behaviour in a village which has seen newly-planted trees uprooted, cars damaged and garden walls pushed over.

Several acts of vandalism in The Crossings area of Airmyn, leading to the public footpath, have been reported to the police.

They appear to have been committed after midnight.

Leaflets giving details of how to report anti-social behaviour to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council have been distributed in the The Crossings area and police are encouraging anyone to do this or contact them directly.

PC Anderson 1985 and PCSO Tomkinson can both be contacted on 01430 478044.
