Market traders in Goole have submitted a petition asking for their rent to be frozen.
The petition, containing 19 signatures, asks that stall rent does not go up in view of the disruption likely to be caused by the construction of the arts centre. The petition was handed to Goole Town Council too late to be included on Monday's agenda and will be considered at the next meeting on Monday, April 16.
