Vehicle raid

Police are appealing for witnesses to the theft of a radio from a car in Snaith last weekend.

Thieves smashed the driver side window of a Vauxhall Vectra parked on Buttle Lane, searched it and stole the radio sometime between 10pm on Saturday, March 24 and 8am on Sunday, March 25. Damage was also caused to the ignition of the car.

Anybody who saw or heard anything of the theft, or has any information about it, is asked to contact Humberside Police on 0845 6060 222 or Crimestoppers (free) on 0800 555 111, quoting log number 211 of March 25.
