The concert begins at 7.30pm and under the musical direction of Nicholas Sykes, the choir will be singing Beethoven's Mass in C and two pieces by Fauré, the Requiem and Cantique de Jean Racine, with orchestral accompaniment. Soloists are soprano Delia Fletcher, alto Pam Waddington Muse, tenor Peter Bingham and bass Lee Tsang.

Tickets are £6 for adults, £4 for children, and may be purchased from choir members or on the door.

*After the Easter break, the society starts rehearsals on April 19, for a summer concert to be held on July 5.

The choir meets at the Wesley Place Community Centre in Snaith every Thursday from 7pm until 9pm, and new members are always welcome. Further details are available from Chris Reynolds on 01405 869352.
