A design company in Howden has finished installing thousands of items of furniture as part of a £58 million hospital development.

A team of installers from Chameleon Business Interiors, of Vicar Lane, spent several weeks furnishing a new five-storey building at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.

They were responsible for space planning, furniture selection, installation and project management in the building, which brings Barts and The London's pathology and pharmacy departments under one roof for the first time.

Chameleon's other projects include the new Golden Jubilee Wing at King's College Hospital in London and the new Royal Infirmary in Edinburgh.
