North Cave WI raise cancer care cash

Published on 29th March 2007 in News

Seen here are members of North Cave WI at the coffee morning they held over the weekend to raise funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

A fantastic total of £347.54 was raised at North Cave Village Hall on Saturday, March 24, with extra funds still to be added when the Easter Egg Raffle is completed.

Pauline Hornsey, local volunteer fundraiser for the area, would like to express her sincere thanks to the North Cave WI ladies who worked so hard to make the event such a success with home made cakes, preserves, raffle, white elephant stall and tombola. (29-03-24 SU)
