Well done

Published on 29th March 2007 in News

A huge congratulations to all the pupils at Boothferry Primary School, who took part in a swimathon at Goole Leisure Centre recently.

All of the money raised will go to Dove House Hospice in Hull, where Amanda McVeagh spent the last few hours of her life.

Amanda, who sadly died in December last year, initiated the pupils' involvement in the swimathon and ideally would have wished to be around to help count the children's lengths.
