Listed buildings

Sir - The recent demolition of the New Bridge Hotel in Old Goole made me wonder which other buildings in Goole were listed buildings.
I noticed that the Timms windmill was listed but are we just going to wait for this to get into an unsafe state so that it too will need to be demolished?
What about The Arcade? Does anyone know what is happening to it? It seems to have been closed for many months now. Surely this must be very old and part of Goole's history.
The subways, too, are in need of a 'facelift'. We must look around the town NOW to ensure that other important buildings are not demolished in the future.
