Sir - Following the news that the Yorkshire Air Museum has decided to callously eject the Barnes Wallis Memorial Trust's long admired and ever-popular exhibition from its premises, the untimely death of Barnes Wallis's son, Barnes Winstanley Wallis on July 8, must have come as a second devastating blow to his family and members of the Memorial Trust.

I would therefore like to send my condolences and express my personal sadness to his family and friends at this difficult time
