Sir - I am looking for anyone connected to the late Rev William Henry Carr, born 1851 in Bentham, Yorkshire and his wife Gertrude née Earle, born 1859 in Hull, or their children.

William was the vicar of St John's Parish Church in Goole. He died in 1901. Gertrude died in 1899.

He lived at The Vicarage on Hook Road with his nine children, four born in Goole, the others born near Rotherham. They were Isabel Beatrice, Ethel, Alice, Henry, Alfred, Horace, Dorothy, Irene and Gertrude Carr.

I am researching the history of this family and would be grateful for any information. Please contact bamfieldm@ hotmail.co.uk or ring 01405 760287.
