Site should be cleaned up

Sir - Although I totally agree with cleaning up the former Timm's Mill area, maybe we could (or should) make the present owners of some of our more historic buildings take more responsibility.

For instance, the former Lowther Hotel is presently falling into total disrepair. Or is it easier to await some arsonist to solve the problem for them?
