Youngsters need help
Published on 17th January 2008 in Letters
Sir - I would like to appeal to all readers who have an interest in football. I am writing this letter on behalf of a group of young individuals who have recently expressed their wishes to form a youth football team. While we are happy to support them in many ways we find it difficult to be practical. I am therefore appealing for support. We would like anyone who feels that they have the skills and time to manage/support guide or train a youth team to come forward and help.
The children are dedicated to making this a success but are in need of a selfless individual (male or female) who can handle the practicalities that go with managing a team.
We would also like to invite any children between the age of 14 and 15 who would be interested in joining this new team. This is an ideal opportunity to learn new skills and meet new people. We can be contacted on the by phone, email or simply by popping in to the address below.
