Postal problems
Published on 18th January 2007 in Letters
Sir - I would like to know what is happening to delivery of Goole mail.
Letters posted in the wrong letter-boxes, even delivered to the wrong streets. I myself have complained to the Post Office three times about the situation but nothing has changed.
Such incompetence could cause people to miss hospital appointments or other vital information could get into the wrong hands. Surely the Royal Mail should sort out any problems, not let this action be ignored.
Several other people have had the same problem. Missing birthday cards that were correctly addressed yet never delivered. Who is to blame? It should be sorted out - the sooner the better.
