Autumn coming at the Spring Street venue

The Hull Truck Theatre has announced the line-up for their final season at its legendary Spring Street venue.

The theatre is looking forward to opening the doors to its new state of the art building in spring next year.

The new purpose-built theatre will be situated on Ferensway in Hull city centre and offers two performance spaces and a wealth of improved facilities for audiences. The theatre has raised £14m towards the £14.5m New Theatre project, with support from the Arts Council of England, Hull City Council, the European Regional Development Fund and Yorkshire Forward.

But before it moves to its new location the critically acclaimed theatre will be hosting a nostalgic autumn/winter season which will feature some of its most popular productions.

Coming up in the final season at the Spring Street venue is an exciting mix of music, dance and drama from shows such as Ladies Down Under, Teechers and My Favourite Summer, to name a few.
