Master of spirits

Published on 7th February 2008 in Ents

Stephen Holbrook, regarded by many as "Britain's most gifted spiritualist medium" is having a very busy year!

His 2008 nationwide tour will take him to towns and cities as far afield as Dumfries in the north, Norwich in the east, Portsmouth in the south and Falmouth in the west and on Monday, February 25 he will be heading to The Gate.

Using his extraordinary gifts of clairvoyance and acting as a telephone exchange between this world and the next, he proves that "you cannot die – not for the life of you!" Always demonstrating to packed theatres and conference venues, his evenings are always full of laughter and tears – it's an emotional roller coaster ride that brings reassurance to thousands and causes many entrenched sceptics to change their views.

At this point in time Stephen is being promoted by two of Britain's largest newspaper groups and in the past, has assisted a regional crime squad with a murder investigation. These are all available on the website, www.steveholbrook. co.uk, as well as in major book stores.

Over the last few years Steve has raised tens of thousands of pounds for local charities (notably the hospice movement) and raised over £6500 for MacMillan Cancer Support.

At The Gate, Steve will be raising money for PACT, a Sheffield based children's charity that helps terminally ill children all over the country.

To book tickets for his show, call the booking line on 01823 660164.

Tickets are priced at £13. Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
